Location
Ilhéus is a destination that delights tourists for many reasons. The city offers a unique combination of natural beauty, cultural and historical richness, and remarkable cuisine. Among the main attractions are its paradisiacal beaches, the rich fauna and flora, the beautiful indigenous culture, the legacy of cocoa, the preserved colonial historic center and the connection with the work of renowned writer Jorge Amado.
Casa Cacau is located in Sirihyba, facing the sea and surrounded by Atlantic Forest in a region bordering indigenous lands, 18km from Ilhéus airport, 11km from hypermarkets and less than 1km from the center of Olivença. We are close to the Cana Brava and Tororomba resorts.
Sirihyba Beach is one of the best-rated attractions for travelers who have visited Ilhéus. Google and Tripadvisor have excellent reviews and recommendations for visitors. It is a magical place, a beautiful beach with fine white sand, large rocks scattered around forming natural pools, full of coral and marine life, amidst the flow of red (ferruginous) streams coming from the middle of the Atlantic Forest.
The place is a true natural wonder. The beach is a nursery for sea turtles, and it is easy to spot turtles in the sea at all times of the year. It is also rich in crustaceans (crabs, guiamuns, grauçás, shrimp, crabs and lobsters) and has several species of fish, mollusks and birds, both marine and coastal. Urbanization is low, and the beach strips are surrounded by Atlantic forest.
Accommodation and leisure infrastructure
The property was built in 2025 and has a total area of 1,600m2 and a built area of 400m2, consisting of two floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with bathtub overlooking the sea, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, covered garage, laundry room, gourmet area, outdoor shower, swimming pool, lake, area for fire pit, pergolas and tropical landscaping.
The entire layout and equipment of the house were arranged to provide comfort and well-being to guests. The bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, armchairs, air conditioning and televisions. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, ice maker, wine cooler and chest freezer.
We offer utensils and bed and bath items, as well as amenities, a welcome kit and a personalized travel guide (with attractions in the city and region).
Our internet is 900mbs via fiber and we have a real-time video access monitoring system. The house has security cameras, all located at the entrances to the house (main entrance and beach entrance). Your safety is a priority, but your privacy is our commitment.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people. We are pet friendly.
